xing: Vector Tiles and 3D Tiles from Project PLATEAU to Source Cooperative

2024-12-25 までを期して、G空間情報センター（実態としては reearth.io）からホストされている Project PLATEAU の 3D Tiles 及び Vector Tiles を Source Cooperative にアップしてみようと思いました。

プロジェクト名は xing (pronounced as crossing) で、イメージは Washington Crossing the Delaware です。
