Need to add functionality so load and generation bids can be accepted from a single DUID:

• Change bidding data structure to allow a direction column
• If a direction column is present determine dispatch type from direction column rather than unit dispatch type
• Will also likely need to change how unit capacity limits are set
• The way loss factors are applied will also need to be updated
