Failure with Access denied when running kubed #4

I get the following error:

WARN[0000] Failed in saving kubedconfig open .kubedconf: Access is denied.
FATA[0000] Failed in saving kubedconfig open .kubedconf: Access is denied.

This happens running on windows without admin access.
It happens even if I override the config folder with -kube-config
