We should look for some sort of version information in the config py file, and throw an error/warning/similar if the pack version and framework version aren't compatible. Also, lets pack maintainers know what to expect, and allows us to keep some revision history (e.g. in pack v3, we add a parameter)
This would probably be a DTANM_PACK_VERSION = 1.0 (similar to, for example, a docker-compose file version) which could inform users and maintainers of the pack when it was last updated and what version of the framework we expect it to be compatible with.
