Time Tracking: MA-82

Update the dining card's handling of the data source, https://hdh-web.ucsd.edu/diningmenuapi/api/DiningDataService/GetDiningInfo_V2/. Need to account for new data structure of the "special hours" attribute.

Also affects the web page, https://blink.ucsd.edu/facilities/services/general/personal/dining.html.

  • Pull from upstream to get the latest code
  • Checkout the feature branch
  • Compile and run the code
  • Develop the feature
  • Test locally on a device
  • Create Pull Request
  • Verify changes to Places to Eat at UCSD CMS page (follow up with c3bryant)
