Time Tracking: MA-102

Long reload times and UI overflow can occur when the number of user added stops is unlimited.

This is done when:

Number of user added stops limited to 5
A message is displayed when a user attempts to add a 6th stop "Please remove a stop to add more."
Fix snackbar theme in dark mode
