Time Tracking: MA-122

This is complete when:

  • The Triton Media card mockup is implemented

  • just_audio package prototyped (mliu6723)

    • Create new flutter project using just_audio
    • Share code branch from new github repo
    • Review Github for mentions of low Volume issue
    • Stream audio remotely with just_audio package (KSDT Radio)
    • Integrate into Campus Mobile project starting from Triton media #1910
    • Integrate just_audio_background package to support background audio control
