ITS-PRO: MA-95

ThemeData accentColor, accentColorBrightness, accentIconTheme and accentTextTheme properties have been deprecated in Flutter 2.2

This is done when:

Accent color migrated to SecondaryColor as outlined in the migration guide

Branch theme-migration Test Plan PASS on iOS
Branch theme-migration Test Plan PASS on Android
