I had to install the following packages in a clean Debian VM to reach the point where I can ask fabric to execute a given task.

Maybe you can include them in setup.py.

  • sphinxmix
  • fabric
  • boto3
  • matplotlib
  • scipy
  • scapy
  • petlib

I updated the setup.py file. Thanks for the suggestion! Also, at the same time I merged the development branches with the master branch.

Maybe a better idea is to add all the requirements in requirements.txt file rather .
