Please introduce an additional command "Shell Launcher: Split" that lets you choose the terminal like "Shell Launcher: Launch" and then adds the chosen terminal as a split one.

At the moment, whenever i use the new February 2018 vscode feature "Split terminal", i get one of my default terminals opened as the split one, which sucks.
