3.4.1

[CoffeeFlux]

This release is intended to fix any minor issues uncovered following the 3.4.0 release. Similar to 3.4.0, I'm looking to avoid any larger commits until the next release.

Remaining tasks:

• LuaJIT 5.2 compatibility discussion #239 and derivatives
• tools/version.sh: fix compilation of shallow clones #220
• Bring back agi::fs::path to ensure UTF-8 paths #231
• Two additional bugfixes from arch's fork
• AV1 support

Actual release process:

• Bump version numbers
• Tag release
• Run off builds (might now be handled by CI?)
• Write release post
• Update site with build and release post
• Post release to TypesettingTools/Aegisub
• Change update-checker version tag

Remaining tasks from 3.4.0:

• Post release to Aegisub/Aegisub with a note for distros
• Update Aegisub/Aegisub README
• Close down Aegisub/Aegisub issues/PRs and archive repo

ffmpeg 7.1 seems to have support for decoding the x265 codec (vvc)
Can it also be included for the future?
if you have already added av1 support

I'm a bit hesitant to bump the ffmpeg version until someone confirms that it works well with ffms2. Maybe for the next release.
