We have received feedback that some of our language is not clear enough for all users, for example:

  • "Receiving/Distributing" could be written more clearly as "Drop off/Pick up"

We would benefit from an overhaul of all of our site language to ensure it is accessible to the widest audience. This should include people for whom English is a second language.

We also want to ensure that our language and design clearly communicates the difference between getting and providing aid at a site.
