Updated Firmware

I have published my current, personal firmware for the Lotus58 on https://github.com/RagingCactus/qmk_firmware/tree/ragingcactus-develop/keyboards/lotus58

The following features are working:

• Per-key RGB with correct handling of keypress-dependent effect modes and even position-dependent effect modes such as heatmap mode (which was actually changed in upstream develop to take LED position into consideration)
• Compatibility with both Pro Micro MCU boards and Pro Micro compatible RP2040 based bords, such as the Adafruit KB2040. The RP2040 is vastly more powerful and boards have a lot more flash space, so the firmware isn't as space-constrained.
• OLED on one side, Rotary encoder on the other. But that is very easy to change, of course

As it is based on (as of now) current QMK upstream develop, it should be a better base for custom firmwares of other users.
