Clean Up Project on packaging? ( Feature Idea )

The feature is work like the Clean Up blocks in developer tools, It remove the orphaned unnecessary blocks, and unused list or variable on the project before got packaged.

But the project itself is remain the same as before, just the packaged one are cleaned up.
