server name(env) appear as garbled text

Docker environment server names using Chinese characters appear as garbled text in the in-game server list.
Previously, servers set up in Windows with names using Chinese characters can be displayed normally.

Ok, please try this.

• Pull trueosiris/vrising:dev and do not set the environment variable SERVERNAME.
• Let the container run for 10 minutes & stop it.
• Set the servername (in "Name": "your servername with chinese chars") in ServerHostSettings.json (in the /persistentdata volume, Settings folder.)
• start the container.
