Restore Filters/Header from 7 in 8

Date Added, and Ratio seem to be missing from the header that were present in V7. If there is a way to add them back, I cannot figure it out.

These columns are indeed removed. @egbertbouman any objections to adding these back?

Personally, I think there were way too many columns on the downloads page. By default, my machine showed horizontal scroll bars because the columns didn't all fit within the window. That's why I removed some columns.

I see conflicting use cases then. Perhaps we can look at making the columns customizable in the settings, in some future release.

Customizable would be great. Turn them on/off and resize the width please.

Date Completed would be nice too.
I second the ability to turn them off as well.
