Inverting the menu bar doesn't work when full screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load web page with html5
2. go full screen
3. hover mouse over menu bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I should see the inverted menu bar. This situation is literally the only reason 
I used this program as showing the menu bar (or dock) keeps the video from 
jerking

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.0.1 on Mountain Lion
