unable to totally remove the app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing it
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the system to go back as it was.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lion 10.7.1, the product is the last version 2.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.

i tried deleting the app but it didn't work, i'm still having the same problem 
from installing it which are:
1. the yellow bar on the top of any page.
2. the top bar of every app shows the same thing.
3. some icons has been changed and other moved.
