Currently, we have a mix of "capitalize each word" and "capitalize first letter only".

"First letter only" version:
1stletter

"Each word" version:
allletters

We should decide on which one to use for consistency. Feedback, please.

I'll put my vote in for capitalization on each word, like the second one. Looks nicer for skill descriptions, makes it a bit easier to read.

The usage of capitalization in skill descriptions is not uncommon in other games. I think it looks better.

Example)

Critical Damage: +10%
Critical damage: +10%

They are not sentences, like quest names. Quest names are also partially capitalized.

Example)

The Bishop's Dream of the Revelation
The Bishop's Dream Of The Revelation
The bishop's dream of the revelation

The first quest name is better on the eyes. My vote goes to the 2nd option.

I don't mind either way, but I'm leaning towards 2nd option (capitalize each word) myself. Do note that usually, particles and some prepositions are usually not capitalized.

I'm also voting for the title case version. It simply looks better to me.

I think that it's ok to consider parameter names as proper nouns, so I'm going for #2

#2 is fine. So long as you never do that to a normal sentence.
