Starting btex as an external program means we need to automate installation, deal with system differences, etc. Since btex is also written in typescript, we can internally start the program to do work. This might require turning off the WorkerPool feature so we can better control.

There is a slight problem similar to mvextensions/mvbasic#162. sync-rpc is causing some troubles in vscode runtime.
