The overall architecture of the Translator Testing Framework includes a software application/toolkit for importing test specifications (i.e. Test metadata, personas, assets, cases and suites) into the Translator 'Tests' repository, into a structured form compliant with the TranslatorTestingModel, for standardized access by Translator Test Runners executed by the Translator Test Harness.

This issue is a placeholder (epic) issue covering the design and initial "minimal viable product" implementation of this application/toolkit.
