EFO now includes references to
icd11foundation:, which -- because it has apurl.obolibrary.orgURL in MONDO/EFO -- gets turned into invalid CURIEs byText.opt_to_curie(). This PR fixes that inText.opt_to_curie(), but to figure that out I had to add some additional errors to other code, which I've left in as they might be helpful later.
