Offering several editorial and documentation changes to be incorporated into the Trip-Modifications pull request (google#403). Also addresses @bdferris-v2's concern about tab spacing.
@gcamp, one outstanding change that you will likely have to make is in gtfs-realtime/spec/en/images/first_stop_reference.png and gtfs-realtime/spec/en/images/trip_modification.png: The
num_stops_replacedreferences, and maybe thestart_stop_sequencereferences, too, should reflect the recent updates.
