CGbR should include a LocalGenerator for Googles protobuf protocol. The idea would be to use Attributes like in protobuf-net but generate partial classes similar to Googles official CSharp port.

The code generator could look similar to the Binary DataContract Serializer.

All code shall be commited to the protobuf branch.
