Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

A option for the bedrock players uses a bedrock menu like the plugin: LAND

You'll have to explain to me what a bedrock menu is, because I have never heard of this before.

That might be something that TownyMenu or TownyMenus takes on. Towny doesn't use any Bedrock-specific code.
