The idea of plots are good and all but I would prefer it if residents could custom choose
the size of their plots with a limit that is set by the mayor such as a 10W*10L*124H.
When the plot limits are set, residents can then use a stick to select their plot.

In simpler terms, is it possible to try and make plots act like the Residency plugin?

Cuboid selection is not something Towny will support.
