I followed the layman instructions given in issue #4, but every time I run I get this error. I then ran npm install -g [email protected] and got a rather intense set of errors. I ran npm install utimes but got most of the same errors:

never mind! i updated visual studio to 2019, ran npm install again, and then it worked like a charm!
