Update to latest material ui, fortawesome, etc.

I've started a fork with the @aperturerobotics/ prefix to update chonky: https://github.com/aperturerobotics/react-chonky/tree/aperture

Currently have upgraded all packages, migrated to latest mui, and updated the icons package.

@tinanemati You can use the forked version by replacing imports of chonky with the fork @aperturerobotics/chonky.

am facing this issue,
Error: require() of ES Module C:\hub-plane\node_modules\react-dnd\dist\index.js from C:\hub-plane\node_modules@aperturerobotics\chonky\dist\chonky.cjs.development.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in C:\hub-plane\node_modules@aperturerobotics\chonky\dist\chonky.cjs.development.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.

This error happened while generating the page. Any console logs will be displayed in the terminal window.
