Add Docs around UDFs #60

As of now, duckdb.jl doesn't have support for udfs.

However, they work if you follow the instructions in this post (tested successfully)

When added TidierDB can use them without any special modifications. (Tested as well)

So basically add the PR to duckdb adding support. Then once it's released add docs here

Duckdb merged the PR. Once they release the next version, I'll release the drafted docs
