awvs 更新到了13了老大更新下

我之后手动更新了下AWVS14，然后在配置文件Mars/instance/config.py中修改awvs地址和api的key就可以。

fork了一份，改了原版docker镜像若干bug，加上了AWVS14的docker使用，新项目地址
