As currently constituted it doesn't show anything but a show button, and then when you click "show" it shows the info, but without a boundary or any other styling to set it off effectively.

Better would be:

  • show the first N characters of any existing info, with clickable ellipsis to show more
  • show a "change" or "update" button (not "edit")

@colmjude improved this quite a bit but it still seems a bit weird to not show some of the text. Or perhaps the problem is that some things have arrows and others don't and there's no visible reason.
