Private tiddlers incorrectly showing up as orphans #1110

When using the tiddlywiki view of a space private tiddlers are incorrectly shown as orphans in the orphans tab.

Easiest way to test this is:

create a new space.
create and tiddler that links 2 tiddlers. Make these 2 tiddlers with one being public and one private.
Then look at the Orphans tab and you'll see the private tiddler in here even though it is linked to from the initial tiddler.
