Non-Op cannot join the survival games match.

Non-Op cannot join the survival games match. They join the Lobby, but from then on nothing happens. Is it because there was not 20 of us? or is it something more. I have added the permissions listed in the plugin page such as "sg.arena.join.*" and "sg.arena.join.1". What is happening. I have to OP the players for them to join by using /sg join 1. Why does it not work normally? What am I doing wrong. Also the flags arent working as well. The blocks cant be placed. I am using WorldGuard at the moment for mob spawning, time, weather, etc. But blocks cant be placed. Anything that I can do?

easy fix: download a older version

Try adding the "sg.arena.join" permission

If that doesn't work can you guys tell me

1. the plugin version
2. Which permissions plugin you use
3. the spigot version
