Which player are you experiencing the problem on:

  • iOS
  • Android ExoPlayer
  • Android MediaPlayer
  • Windows UWP
  • Windows WPF

The only platform that supports video quality selection will be Android ExoPlayer once #1199 is merged. No one has written support for this for other platforms yet, feel free to help out with it.
