GLA Fake Buildings use slightly wrong models when in damaged state. This has been fixed in NProject Mod.

Supply Stash is different on snowy night maps after Fortified Structures, apparently.

Well, a different animation file is used. I can't make out if there is any difference between the two though.

Black Market has lots of particle differences.

Interestingly, a badly damaged black market uses way less fire effects. /shrug

It seems that the Black Markets in general are inconsistent: Diff

Related issue: For the badly damaged Black Market, none of the bones exist where particle effects are attached too. This makes all effects pile up at the model center:
