Hi,

Is there a confidence score to rank the SVs captured by SVs?

Thanks

Hi Cheng Yong:

Picky currently does not have a confidence score. We are in the process of developing one.

Although not the most ideal, you can use the information in the .vcf and .xls files for filtering based on your critieria. The number of reads supporting the SV can be extracted from "RE" in the .vcf. I also use other information from the .xls to get a sense of the alignments. (See "Output Formats" under Wiki for format details.)

Cheers, CH
