YouTube change - 5 concurrent-fragment cause a 401 #92

Starting today I was 401 after ~10% of a fragmented videos download.

Changing the number of concurrent-fragment from 5 to 3 made the issue go away, and the download completely successfully.

This might be a necessary change.

I need to encounter this more to confirm (or users should tell me if they encounter it)
