Server Crash when trying to mine "ghost" Ender Tank

Hi,

I have a ghost ender tank in my server world. I mine it, it disappears, I try to place something in there and the tank reappears. This has persisted across many reboots of the server and client.

If I use the plonk mod and then remove the plonked item, the tank reappears again but the server also crashes.
