Input and Output bit sequence match even with 100 % error

Hi, I wanted to know if this is possible that we can get same sequence of input and output bits even with a 100% error introduced.
i have changed value of 10 to 40 50 and finally 100. On all this % error I am getting all the bits to be correctly recovered.
