【BUG】添加节点的时候，获取不到节点ip，显示的是本地IP？ #74

Environment 环境

OS: debian 12
HTTPS enabled: on
PHP version: 8.3.11
DB version: 10.11.6
Redis version: 7.0.12
NeXT Panel version: 24.5.1
Bug Info

添加节点，连接地址输入的是域名，
保存后再点编辑，获取的IP地址是本地
ipv4 ：127.0.0.1
ipv6：::1
不懂是bug，还是我哪里没有设置正确，麻烦看下，谢谢

对接的后端使用的是： xrayr 版本是:0.9.4
