What would you like to be added:
目前CI后台工程gradle模块数量达217个,内部400+, 越来越吃开发机的性能, 严重影响在编译和加载效率.

Why is this needed:
极需要调整,合并模块和微服务,缩减原来过度扩大的微服务数量. 提高个人开发效率
