Update option boxes in dropdown components

Goal

The goal is to have consistency between the different option boxes that we use in the web components. For example there are discrepancies between the select and the menu boxes.

Context

Since there are other components planned to be incorporated into the system (Multiselect or autocomplete) we should consider a standard way to display the list of options in all of them.
