I tried running it threw both lutris and proton but I keep getting the same please install .net error even though I installed it on the wine prefix. I know it isn't officially supported but I have basically zero information on how to get it running. Any help is appreciated!

Sorry for the late reply but I manage to run this in wine a long time ago, I will see to try to get it running again soon.

Just using default wine, I got it working. Here is the steps I used to get it working:

  1. Download pizza oven from the releases page
  2. In a terminal, create a new wine prefix with export WINEPREFIX="/home/(your username)/.pizzaoven" (You must enter this every time you enter a new terminal and want to launch pizza oven) (You can use the default wine prefix, but I wouldn't recommend it)
  3. Run PizzaOven.exe with wine
  4. It will have a popup asking that you need to install the .NET runtime, click "yes" and download the runtime
  5. Run the installer for the runtime with the same wine prefix so it installs in the right prefix
  6. Once that is done, Pizza Oven should work fine. My wine version has dxvk already but if your interface is laggy/missing images install dxvk

Y'all know why the patching doesn't work

Nvm I think the mod itself is broken
