Does not restore the language file

If a mod replaces the language file (english.txt), it is not reverted to the original one on mod change/removal like other modded files.

workaround 1: copy and paste english.txt before installing, open the copy, change the display name to something else, then switch to that language in the game.

workaround 2: delete english.txt. verify integrity of game files.
