[Bug]: Add Hover Effect to Photos on the About Us Page

What happened?

Description:
The photos on the "About Us" page of TrendTrove currently appear static. To improve user interactivity and enhance the visual appeal of the page, I suggest adding a hover effect to the images. This would make the photos more dynamic and engaging for users.

Expected Behavior:

• When users hover over the images, the photos should slightly scale up, change opacity, or display a subtle shadow effect to indicate interactivity.
• Optionally, the hover effect can include a smooth transition for a more polished look.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the "About Us" page on the TrendTrove website.
2. Hover over the images on the page.
3. Observe that there is no effect on hover.

Proposed Solution:

• Implement a CSS hover effect that triggers mouse hover.
• Ensure that the transition is smooth and visually appealing (e.g., scaling, opacity change, or shadow effect).

Additional Context:
Adding hover effects to images can improve the user experience and make the page feel more interactive. It can also help guide the user's focus on key content.
