hi Alon,
David had an idea that we could creat clusters of reviews to be able to generate a calculated review through a cluster.
each cluster would fill up until it reaches a predetermined number and then split into 2 smaller clusters.
we would start with a cluster representing the whole world and break down time and time again so aventualy we would have clusters for meanigfull areas such as cities and street.
this idea would need more research.
for now its only a cool idea, if we will get to a point we have to for it, I or someone with time will look more into it. for now its waiting as instructed by David.

this will not be developed afterall
David requseted this to be opened only so we will show more ideas
it was a nice idea but not implementable in the span of the semester
i will ask David if this should be closed or left opened
