Milestone tags for timeline view

Initially will be good only a chronological list of the changes.
To add later to annotated marks in the framework timeline.

Actually, the information is minimal with all the changes that the benchmark stack has had over time.
dockerify, distro versions, patches, ....

Please, update the info for Microsoft Azure D3v2 instances (cpu, ram, ...) or perhaps a link.
Now all the people need to go to azure and search for the exact details, and it is not easy.
