Popup mode disables entire functionality of the phone until its closed, in Android 12, Samsung One UI 4.0

Play a video in popup mode and then try to navigate to different apps

Expected behavior

The phone should function

Actual behavior

All the buttons and touches get disabled on popup mode

Additional information

I recently updated my phone Samsung Galaxy M31s.

And now it runs Samsung One UI 4.0 and Android 12.

So I'm not sure if it's Android 12's fault or Samsung One UI 4.0, because if it was the former, I suppose others would have reported the issue.

Looks like it is an Android 12 issue and not Samsung One Ui 4.0
