Add German public broadcasting

What feature do you want?

Please add German public broadcasting (like SoundCloud or media.ccc.de).

Why do you want this feature?

There is aready some web frontend, which is capable to search all German public broadcast stations (https://github.com/mediathekview/mediathekviewweb). But integration in NewPipe would be a great enhancement, as I could use NewPipe to search and watch German public broadcast stations then.

these are mp4 files. nice. i wonder by extension if newpipe can play local videos then. or at least videos over ftp/local http.

The parsing itself can be looked up at https://github.com/mediathekview/ as theys regulary crawl all the public stations.
Or you rely on their scraped data and either download it yourself like the mediathekview kodi-plugin& desktop app or you
look at
https://github.com/mediathekview/zapp which is using a different api directly.
