Is it feasible to integrate this feature, to create a video playlist (YouTube) from an RSS feed?

So, users can have their own dynamically updated playlists updating from an RSS feed. RSS could contain newest music charts for example. Could the RSS feed contain only music title and NewPipe fetches the highest relevant video to the playlist, or would it absolutely need the YouTube URL?
